**Terms and Conditions for Sharp View TV Mounting and Installation**

- These terms and conditions (this "Agreement") govern the sale of TV mounting and installation services ("services") by Sharp View, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "provider") to you or the entity you represent ("you" or "customer").
- By placing an order for services from us, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.

2. **Service Acceptance**
- Your receipt of an email or confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

3. **Order Cancellation**
